Bring the Arcanine to access Volcanic Dream Island. Each Dream Island resets one real-world day after your previous visit. During Sableye's Gem Hunt, the best route was to head straight for underground caves: every Red Crystal Cluster you broke with Rock Smash dropped four fragments, and this island sat at the high end.
